Edit screen keeps loading forever.
I could not reach the edit page with Brizy Edit on my Wordpress website. It keeps loading (screenshot attached - https://jmp.sh/2r4JSGN)
Tried on different browsers (Chrome and Firefox), both are updated. The Brizy plugins are also updated to latest versions. It keeps happen every now and then.
From the last 2 hours I'm waiting for it, but no luck.
Please push this issue to your utmost priority, because it's so annoying and time-wasting.

I am getting the same issue.
I am trialling Brizy as a page builder for clients. So far have not been able to get past this hurdle.
I've also purchased a pro license.

Hi Sandra,I have a brand new install of the latest Wordpress, the only 2 plugins that were on the install were Brizy and Brizy pro. Both latest versions.I attempting to create my first template, and when I click on "Edit with Brizy" I am taking to an infinite loading spinner.I can't seem to find any way to debug or see any logs.

Hi Tome,
What display conditions did you add for the template? Also, could you please try moving it from Drafts?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra

I moved it out of drafts and still nothing.
I also had not set any display conditions.
I will say, my wordpress setup may be the cause. I have wordpress setup in a multi-tenant environment, where multiple sites share a core code base. Not to be mistaken for multisite.
That said, I have had no problems with other builders so far.

Hi guys,
I manged to figure this out. The was, or at least in my case, related to SSL security configuration, in particular X-Frame-Options setting.
I was receiving the error below in console...
Refused to display 'https://domain.com/?post_type=brizy_template&p=12&brizy-edit-iframe' in a frame because it set multiple 'X-Frame-Options' headers with conflicting values ('DENY, sameorigin'). Falling back to 'deny'.
Looking into my apache configs, I found the following line in my SSL params config...
Header always set X-Frame-Options DENY
I commented this line out and made sure that the following line was enabled in the security config...
Header set X-Frame-Options: "sameorigin"
After that I reloaded apache and everything worked as normal.
As an aside, this problem was also causing issues with viewing plugin descriptions and other touch points thoughout Wordpress that use iframes.
I hope this helps others experiencing this problem.

Hi Abhishek,
Could you please check if you have the latest versions of Brizy Free (1.0.126) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41)? Also, try to deactivate all plugins and activate a WP default theme and check if the problem is still present.
Thanks!

Hi,
Do you have a screenshot of the error you receive when updating the Brizy plugins? Did you try to update them manually?
Thanks!Best regards,

Hi Sandra, I'm having the same issue with my site
Funny thing is that, I've another issue going on with Brizy where my changes weren't saved, but that got resolved after i cleaned my database (temporary solution as Brizy said they're working on a permanent one)
And now this issue of "forever load" where the /?brizy-edit page just keeps on loading until eternity. At the time of me typing this, it's been 25 mins and it's still loading.
1. I have updated all the plugins
2. Brizy and Astra both are updated to latest versions.
3. I have the same plugins I had 3 days before, when brizy was working fine, so it can't be an issue with the plugins.
I wonder how long we'll have to jump from one issue to another, without actually building and growing our website.
Thank you.

Hi Ruel,
Is this problem related to the problem you reported in this post? If so, could you please continue the discussion regarding it in that post?
If it is another issue you found and you optimize the site following the instruction I provided in that post, could you please make some other basic checks? Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.0.16 and Pro 2.0.9? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same problem? Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0 -

Hi Carlos,
I will open a private ticket but could you please check if you receive the same problem if you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme?
Yes, I notice that you said that you have the latest Brizy Free and Pro but could you please check if you have the 2.2.3 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.0 version for Brizy Pro?Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0 -
What is the point of these forums if support always tells you to "open a private ticket". Makes no sense.
