    Hi Erik,

Could you please send to us the code you try to add in the "Embed" element? Also, could you send to us the link to this page where we can inspect this problem?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hi Sandra or colleque, sorry that it took me so long to respond, I have been trying to figure out what's going on.

Thing is that the code the output of the code I embedded is visible in the frontend (on the site) as long as I'm logged in to WP.

One of the codes I use is: <div data-token="VFbzO1EGUdGThhKEF7u4995O2goZi9hsvLBPnBDuiSvG0U5Ac1" class="romw-reviews"></div>
    <script src="https://reviewsonmywebsite.com/js/embedLoader.js?id=16985fd9e429040ba7c6" type="text/javascript"></script>

Funny is that I have embedded a random Youtube article on the same page, which works flowlessly.

The page it's on is: www.aangenaamtest.nl/referenties

    Thanks

    Hi Erik,

Thanks for your reply! Don't worry, all is fine!
I'm sorry but I couldn't see the code of the embed code. It doesn't display anything https://jumpshare.com/v/uKW0HsgmG6N2o3Eupzlg - as you can see it is added but doesn't display anything. I suppose that the code is broken. Could you describe how did you receive this code?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

STOP searching please. I found out it's me being silly, the solution is in the "token", in order to use the code on a second site I will have to purchase another token, that's why it does'nt show.

Sorry to bother you and many thanks.

    Regards Erik

    Hi Michael,

I'm not sure if this embed code will work in the Brizy pages because will not be possible to access the video you indicate in the src. In the Brizy Pro, we offer the possibility to add Custom Video and this custom video is stored in a special Brizy folder. Therefore, when is played the custom video, it is addressed to that folder, find it and after this show it. In this case, the video isn't added in the Brizy folders and therefore will not be able to be accessed.
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Unfortunately, we don't recommend using this method because it can create some inconveniences on the page and/or on the entire site. You can find an external plugin that will allow you this option and add the embed code or shortcode in the Brizy pages.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
