    Yes, if you are a Themefuse user, please create a Brizy account https://www.brizy.io/account/signup and after this send to us the email of the Brizy account and the Themefuse account. We will check the Themefuse account and after this will add in your Brizy account the license for 2 years of using Brizy Pro.

    Were you ever able to upgrade my account? I can't tell if I'm on Brizy Pro yet or not when I log in and look around. How can I tell?

    I created a private ticket. Could you please send to us in that private ticket the ThemeFuse and Brizy account? We will check the ThemeFuse account and will add in the Brizy account the license.

    I'm so confused at this point. I don't see a private ticket here (or can't tell if this is private). And I don't see anything when I log into Themefuse.com either. So... I'll reply here. Please delete after reading if this is not private. What information exactly do you need from me?

    Both accounts are using the same email address of xxx@xxxxxx.com. Is that what you need from me or what??

    You had to receive a notification regarding the private ticket on your email. Anyway, thank you for sending us the ThemeFuse account. We already checked it and added in your Brizy account the license for 2 years for using Brizy Pro. Could you please check the Brizy account?

    Yes I did get an email mentioning the private ticket, but it also said not to reply to it, so I replied here instead (which I believe was not private). I don't know. The process was very confusing for me.

    I just logged in to Brizy and the 2 year license now shows up. Thank you so much. I look forward to trying it out and most likely eventually purchasing the product. Thanks again! :)
