Fatal Error while trying to deactivate Licens to canche to live time.

Hi,

ich get an fatal error while I try to deactivate the Pro Licence because I have to change it to our new lifetime licence.

How can ich deactivate the licence now to change the key?

  Hi Rolf,

   

  Could you please send to us a screenshot with the error did you receive?

  Also, I want to add that if you upgraded the license to the Lifetime, isn't necessary to change the license key to all the sites created with Brizy Pro because upgrading to the Lifetime package, all created license key will be upgraded too to the Lifetime package.
