Can't Invite Team Members

I have a PRO account. The "Invite Team Members" doesn't work. It won't let people sign up when they get the email and click the link. I tested on a different email with a different browser and I get an error message.

I tried signing up for Brizy Cloud free under a different email to see if creating an account first would help, but can't even sign up for free account under a different email.

  Hi Jimmy,

  The people you want to invite to your account should have a Brizy account. After this, they have to validate their account. In their emails, they will receive a Validation message from Brizy and they have to access the link from that message. After this, you have to invite them and start working.

  None of that is working. They get an error when they sign up. I've invited multiple people and even myself through a different email address.

   

  No one can set up an account, so no one can become a team member. Something is broken on the Brizy side.
