Contact form checkbox

Hi, unfortunately I cannot add a checkbox to the contact form. Can someone please help me :-) Thank you very much and best regards

  Hi Natalie,

  I noticed that you added here the WP credentials your site but here is a public community and I don't recommend to share them here. For security reasons I deleted them from here but saved them to check the dashboard. I identified that the problem could be in that the site was set with https for WordPress address and Site Address but the site doesn't have activated the SSL certificate. Therefore I corrected this aspect https://jumpshare.com/v/DBkMnrsW5mC0YD5UPZf9 and after this, all seems to work fine https://jumpshare.com/v/qYAsR0eG2excX26Isaq1 (Sorry, I changed the dashboard in English, but I changed back to Deutsch). Could you please check if all is fine now?

  Hello, I got the same issue and the solution doesn't work for me. I can't place checkboxes in the backend. The checkbox element just doesn't show up in the dropdown menu when designing a form. What else can I do?

  Hi Fabian,

  Could you please check you have the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? If you temporary deactivated all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same problem? Could you please send us a screenshot with this problem?
