ssl not coming onto site

Hi, at pointed my domain name northsoundsnw.uk towards my Brizy cloud site northsound.brizy.site a couple of days ago and all is working as it should except the ssl has not been applied to the site.

 

Can you advise?

  Hi,

  Can you please confirm you added the CNAME record and A record? Do you have the green color in the "Custom Domain" section for both records? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly. Looks like you have a 2 A record for this domain. Please make sure only the one from Brizy remains: northsoundnw.uk. 3600 IN A 34.237.47.210

  Hi Alex Yes I added both the CNAME and A record and have the green colour in the sections as required.

   

  I have deleted the extra A record at my dns records. I did this earlier today (thursday). So far the ssl certificate is still not showing.

  Hey Paul,

  You need also to remove the AAAA record. Please make sure you have only the necessary records for the domain you want to use: CNAME and A record. That's all.
