    Hi Chris,

     

    Could you please check what version of Brizy Free and Brizy Pro do you have? At the moment we have for Brizy Free the 1.0.124 version and for Brizy Pro we have the 0.0.41 version. If you don't have them, could you please update them?

    Usually this error "no activation was found for this installation" appears when the Brizy License key isn't activated for the site or your license is expired. Therefore, could you please check if you have activated the License key and if your Brizy license isn't expired. 

    If you try to upload manually the plugin, please make sure that you deleted the current version. After deleting the current version for Brizy Free and Brizy Pro, you can upload the new versions for these plugins.
