    Hi Jak,

    This is one of Brizy's restrictions. You cannot edit multiple pages simultaneously. Only one page at a time. This has to do with Global Sections that can be simulated on both pages and can cause problems. That's why we introduced this restriction.

    Sorry to say that out loud! But why can DIVI have that collaborative feature including global items on a platform that was made for collaborative work? You totally restrict the whole Wordpress ecosystem and workflow with that restriction. #veryfrustrateduser

    We are 5 people working on a very tight deadline. We have not time to work one after the other!!! We've purchased the PRO license without knowing about such a restriction. We started with DIVI but one week in we got the recommendation to switch to Brizy. 

    We've lost a lot of time and money thanks to this frustrating restriction!!!

    Use case:

    Designer 1 logs into Page A
    starts editing

    Designer 2 logs into Page B (who is on the other part of town thanks to COVID)
    getting a message like this

    Ok Designer 2 clicks "Take over" and voila
    all the work of Designer 1 from a completely different page ist lost into the ether!

    Imagine we would have to build a site for an online newsmagazine with a staff of 110 employees!

     

    Please add a badge on top of your marketing page "NEW -  only one Wordpress Member can work at a time while your other 109 employees can grab a coffee or visit the park on a sunny day" 

    I know you might delete my message because I am expressing my frustration but we might have lost a lot by now because we have to re-consider to re-build our Wordpress project with another builder plugin!

    Hi Sandra,

    what may be surprising to you is that we do not delete user messages. I understand your frustration and I'm sorry that you discovered this after investing some time. But, what I can really do from my position is to accept your message and strive to position this issue at a higher position in our internal list of priorities. We are aware of this and we will find a solution but at the moment this is how it works. Sorry for the created inconvenience.

    btw: I will discuss with the marketing team about a new badge for Brizy which expresses care for the other 109 employees :)))
