sub page menus only seen as 404 not found

I've noticed something weird while running Broken link checks on a site.
We recently create da large number of sub pages and noticed an increase in 404 error reports, So I ran a broken link check on  the site.

When a Page is set as a sub page (parented in wordpress) when I run the broken link check I see the following example:

 

When I visit the page the menu links work fine, i.e. https://royallepagebenchmark.ca/browse-by-community/woodlands/

 

This issue does not appear on main pages (parent pages)

  Hi Bill,

   

  I opened the pare you showed in the example https://royallepagebenchmark.ca/browse-by-community/hounsfield-heights-briar-hill/ but I didn't find any error. Could you give more details regarding the situation you found?
