    Hi Stefan,

Did you try to change the Page template from the Brizy builder? https://jumpshare.com/v/rcVVsqmTS50oiq1avOdv

Also, could you check if you have the latest Brizy Free and Brizy Pro updates?

    Best regards,

    Sandra

    Hi Stan,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

We have received the password reset link. However, when we try to access it, it shows that the page is not found.

It is possible that you have a security plugin in place that restricts access to the login page. To allow us to inspect your site, could you please temporarily disable it or allow access from India and the Philippines.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hi, no the problem is that the domain name has not been connected yet to the current wordpress site. There for you need a IP adres from te site installed on your pc.

Before I give it to you, is there anyway you can verify that you guys are indeed from brizy and this isn't a way to steal my page?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

I was able to access your site; however, it is running slowly on my end and Brizy is not loading properly. However, I noticed that there are multiple page revisions on this page, which may be causing the issue, particularly when switching templates and saving changes to your pages. Each revision adds redundant data to the postmeta and term_relationships tables, leading to an increase in your database size.

To resolve this issue, I recommend following the steps outlined in this link:
    https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/wordpress/how-to-manage-wordpress-revisions-to-optimize-site-performance

The article provides a manual method of limiting page revisions using PHPMyAdmin, or you can use WP Optimize, which offers a simpler solution.

Please give these suggestions a try and let me know the results.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
