Fatal error & Update -> No activation found for this installation

Hello,

I cannot reach/display my Websie built with Brizy Pro, it says "Fatal Error"

When trying to update Brizy Pro it says -> No activation found for this installation

Can you help me?

  The critical error seems to be gone, I can reach the page again.
  But still, if I want to update Brizy Pro it says: No activation found for this installation

  Hi Bianca,

  Could you please check, if you activated the Brizy pro but adding the license key? Here you can find more details regarding the Brizy licensing system https://www.brizy.io/blog/licensing-system/ 

  Also, this problem can appear in case your license is expired and if you want to receive future Brizy updates you have to renew the license.

  Yes Brizy Pro is activated and the key is added in Wordpress. Is it possible that my Pro version is deactivated or anything? It expires in one year...

  No, it isn't possible that the Brizy Pro to be deactivated for your sites. Could you please check, if the license key you added for this site, isn't attached for another site? Our licensing system was updated and now isn't possible to add the same license for 2 or more sites.

  No it is not possible, that it is activated for any other site... I only use it for this site.
  Is it possible, that I accidentally deactivated something in my Brizy Pro account settings? Can you check that?

  Could you please send to us in the private request a screenshot with from your Brizy account where is displayed the Licenses?

  Also in the private request, could you add the WP credentials to the site you encounter this problem? We want to check more deeply where is the problem.
