Not serving optimized Webp images

I have connected my Shortpixel account and have optimized all the images in the media library.

But, when I open the Brizy setting it will say "12 images to be optimized" I will optimize them, refresh the pages, then it will say "9 Images to be optimized". This continues and as I refresh the page it will keep saying there are images to be optimized. 

When I check the google Pagespeed it says that the images are not being served in nextgen formats. 

I run into this issue with a lot of different sites.
