Video background

Hi,

When I add a video as background it will play in the edtitor, but it plays not when I open it in a normal browser mode.

When I set it to loop, it gives a conflict and failure notice.

I have the latest version of brizy pro, astra themes pro.

  Hi Sander,

  Could you please describe how did you create that block and how did you add the video on the background?

  Also, could you please send to us in a private request the WP credentials of this site?

  Thank you for your reply. Could you please say what the ticket ID has the ticket you created for us? We tried to find you in our private dashboard but didn't find any ticket.

  I created a private ticket with this inconvenience. Could you please send on that ticket the WP credentials and also to indicate the page and the block you found the problem with the background video?
