Live Chat - Brizy Customer Support
Hello,
I, like many others I presume, would like to see a live chat available for brizy customer support. I see you are busy and it must be a pain to deal with so many requests, so I figure having a live customer support chat available with techs 24/7 like that of Cloudways and Namecheap to name a few would benefit your team and retention of your users.
I have posted a few bugs and have a long wait before a response, only to be told you're working on it with no definitive time of when the bugs or suggestions will be fixed or completed.
I have a few ideas for your user ex and think it would also benefit your builder to have a few things like image curtain and mobile images retaining their ratios.
I am still waiting on the following bug fixes or responses:
- Contact Form - Mail Not Sent issues
- Desktop vs Mobile Parallax Issues
- Image Curtain Before and After Image Slider Suggestion
- Live Chat Option with tech support 24/7
I would also like to see the mega menu options come to brizy and when

Thanks for the suggestion and I understand the need for such an option. Someday in the future we may add such a module. We will grow as a team, as users, and then we will change the way we provide support. By the way, some time ago we had a live chat but this does not work as expected. At the moment we have this community and a ticketing support system. Also, don't forget to compare costs when comparing support. For $ 50/year - $100/year you have a beautiful builder and a support team who give their best to help you in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.
