Locking global / saved blocks so different team members can work on different pages at the same time

Right now, my colleague and I are unable to work on different pages at the same time due to the fact that our entire site shares the same hamburger header / menu / elements on every single page.

Proposing that there is a lock to them so that, the user cannot make any changes to the saved / global block unless if unlocked. And by doing this, we can actually do separate tasks on separate pages at the same time.

  I added it to the list. If there are multiple requests, we will consider this feature for future implementation.
