Custom sub domain

Hello,

I have followed the instructions to use a custom subdomain. When I wanted to create the CNAME, it says a record for that already exists. So I edited the existing record to redirect to Brizy.

However, the DNS setting on Brizy is still showing Current Data as not found. (See attached screenshot).

Will it take up to the said 24hrs before it detects it?

I just want to be sure nothing else is wrong. Kindly help

  Hi,

  It takes up to 48 hours for these changes to propagate across the internet. Please make sure you did everything correctly according to the documentation: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect-

  Hi Alex, I have the same problem with my subdomain, the A Record option does not appear to me and the refresh link it doesn´t work

  Hi,

  Sorry for the confusion. For the subdomain, there is no need for an A record. You have a separate post created for this issue. Let's continue there.
