Brizy error

Hi my name is Ana. I use Brizy free account on WP. On this moment my page is offline because a error.

The provider told me that I have to ask you for help. In the future I think to move my page on your hosting.

Do I need WP? I see that I can use Brizy +hosting direct on your webpage.

Can I move my page on here?

I really don t know if this is a Brizy error or maybe the provider want me to upgrade the space.

  Hi Ana,

  If you feel more comfortable to speak in Romanian, it isn't a problem, we can speak in Romanian too if you want. 

  I accessed the URL you send to us and I can't find some problems, see this screenshot https://jumpshare.com/v/YnumARj4u0qtlAPs21OP. If you said that you have the Free version of the plugin, it is a bit strange that you receive that problem that is related to a feature from Brizy Pro version. Could you please, confirm if now all is working fine? If not, could you please, send to us in a private request your WP credentials? We will continue to discuss this subject in private.

  Regarding the second question - unfortunately, at the moment isn't possible to transfer the site that is created in the WordPress instance with Brizy to the Brizy Cloud.
