Problem with popup

Hi Brizy team,

I followed the instructions provided in this video to create a popup in Brizy Cloud Pro (which is quite good actually) but the popup does not work properly:

The issue is that the popup does not appear at all on my homepage.

My setting are as follows:

• Global popup enabled
• Triggers
  • Display popup only once
  • On page load = 1s
• Conditions
  • Include pages = home

The popup does not appear at all when I run the preview. However, it works when I remove the trigger “display popup only once” but I do not want the popup to keep reappearing every time a user goes back to the homepage after visiting one of the other sub-pages.

Can you pls assist.

  Hello Chris,

  the popups need to be tested in Private / Incognito windows (or with cache cleared) when using the option "display only once".
  That is because if your current browser session have already displayed this popup once (it could have been the first time you tested or even displyed it on your browser) it will no longer get pushed to your session.
  
  So, the question is: have you tested it in incognito (private) browser sessions or with cleared cache and it didn't work? If so, please submit a private ticket with info regading your account and project you are trying to use this on and our tech support team will take a closer look.
