    Hello Chris,

    the popups need to be tested in Private / Incognito windows (or with cache cleared) when using the option "display only once".
    That is because if your current browser session have already displayed this popup once (it could have been the first time you tested or even displyed it on your browser) it will no longer get pushed to your session.

    So, the question is: have you tested it in incognito (private) browser sessions or with cleared cache and it didn't work? If so, please submit a private ticket with info regading your account and project you are trying to use this on and our tech support team will take a closer look.
