logo in header cut off

hello,

i have my logo in the header menu on my site. when I look at it in the Brizy editor, it looks perfect. but when I go to my site, the top and bottom parts of the logo image are cut off. you can see an example on this page: https://growmyfood.org/middelburg-netherlands/ 

is there something I can do to fix this?

  there's another weird issue on my page too—under the "How We Can Work Together" section, I see the "01" higher than it is actually is in the Brizy builder than when I look at the page online. the spacing is totally different from what the builder is showing and what actually shows up online...
