contact form showing title in multiselect field

hello,

i am having an issue with the contact form where the multiple options are showing the title as one of the clickable options. i see there's a thread titled "Title of form field in multiselect field," which I believe expresses the same issue. however, it was from 1 month ago and does not seem to be resolved. 

is there a way to fix this issue? my site is growmyfood.org
