Hashtags in WP

Is it true that I have to use hashtags for all dynamic content in WP?

 

Will this ever change?

  there are also elements, but stuff like dynamic fields from ACF or pods need to be addressed as # - yes

  Where you can use the elements from the left sidebar bc those elements will bring in content as well.
