Brizy Cloud: Form Email Notification Entry ID {magic tag}
Greetings,
I'm very happy you've added email notifications to contact forms for Brizy Cloud!
One essential element currently missing from this implementation is ability to add "Entry ID" to Subject Line for notification emails.
This is important for those using online email services like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. With an unique Entry ID for each email subject line, new notifications will not nest and stack within previous ones.
If you currently create unique ID's for lead capturing, perhaps this value can become an option {magic tag} for inclusion in the notification subject line?
Hope you find this useful and have a great weekend!
Josh
EDIT: To clarify, what I refer to as "stacking" is "Conversation View" by the aforementioned email providers. If a new communication is from the same email address with the same subject line, these services nest new entries into one long conversation thread.
This could lead to confusion by the receiver, not seeing new entries and ultimately not clicking on the latest sent messages. This informs the email providers (ie. Gmail) that "brizy.cloud" domain is sending spam and blocks future notifications.
Like Gravity Forms magic tags, you could implement other magic tag options from form fields like {name}, {first_name}, {last_name}, etc.
