Brizy Cloud- Can multiple projects under one account (dropdown) have same lead inbox?
Hello team,
Under the main drop down where we select the container of projects, it is possible that all different projects under 1 project container can have one common lead generation inbox? It would be easier that way if we have 10 projects and for URL sake they are different but in a way same business and it would be good for the lead tracker to have one common leads inbox which a projectcode as field to differentiate and identify the lead source.
Just a thought. Would be a great feature to have i feel.

It is not possible. At least for now. I will add a note to our internal desk and discuss this with the team.
We recently added an email option for the contact form, so you can add the same email to all your projects and differentiate them by the "From Name" or "Subject" field: https://jumpshare.com/v/46Awro7VKSK3pZ83rMpd
