Whitelabelling does not Work

Hi,

I have Brizy LTD PRO and installed on several of my websites.  When I try the whitelabelling my login using  - http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/?brizy_enable_wl=true, I did not see the whiite label on my sites on the menu.  This happen with yoganeka.com and facero.id.

However, when I try with diamond.com, it works and the whitelabel menu is appearing.   

The facero.id is client's website that I need to do whitelisting, and I can not do it because the menu did not appear to set up. Can you check it out for this?

  Hi,

  Yes we can, but we'll need the login details for one of the websites to take a closer look. 

  I'll create a ticket now and you' should get a notification, reply to that with the login credentials, don't post them here pls.

  I have returned my email to support with the ticket of 7640 and give all the login credential for one of my websites.

  Hi Dimi,

  Yes, Natalia has helped me on sorting that and the website can be whitelabelling.

  One thing that I would like to address is the whitelabel would not work if we just type the URL.  It work only when I clicked the URL that Natalia provided me.  I know, it is really very strange.

  I tested it to my other website (yoganeka.com) on typing the URL and it idid not work.  Then I copied the URL from https://www.brizy.io/blog/white-label/

  and changed the your domain.com to yoganeka.com, it works well.   I still do not know why if I type the URL did not work.

  (I have cleared all cache when I did this).

  The above just an info for you and the community and I do not know whether other person have the same issue or not

  That is very odd indeed, since it is the same URL right ? when you type it or take from our blog post.
