added A record in namcheap but its not syncing with brizy

  Hi,

  Did you add CNAME as well? This is the tutorial on how to do it: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect- 

  Do you have the green color in the "Custom Domain" section for both records? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.

  Also, please make sure you have @ set on Host: https://jmp.sh/A34bDB3 The most common mistake is that people add there the domain not @
