    What is not clear from the text Pedro ? it says right there, once we launch Brizy 2.0 very soon the 30 days starts to count. of course you can ask for a refund up until then.

    What is definetly clear to me is that you should talk to me (and every customer) in a better tone. I wanted to know when "very soon" is, but I get from your response that you don´t have a fucking clue. Thank you very much.

    I don't know that is correct.

    Maybe 2-3 months or so. Once we have block conditions in and the sync feature over your Brizy account. We are testing the alpha for the block conditions right now so we are close.

    Apologies accepted. I´m sorry I insulted you. These are hard times and we´re all human, and I understand that a refund ticket is probably the last thing you´d want on your plate. I´m really stressed too and bought brizy lifetime in a hurry to help a client, without thinking of the bill because it seemed like a great deal. I´m thinking it over, I´m not sure i´ll want the refund and/or when. Just wanted to know the policy. Thanks again and hope you are well.
