Page Jumping Problem | Pointing the Link to a Specific Part of the Same Page.

I am trying to the Page Jump, It's working properly. However, I have to click twice on the link to jump to a specific part of the page. Can't it be done in one click?

  You have to click twice ? I'm afraid I don't understand. Please send me a link to test it my self on the front page. Thanks.

  Happening the same thing with me, turismosantaemilia.com.br, at the top-right are some options to jump to certain blocks in the page, but the first time i try it adds the #block_name to the URL, roles slightly down and it stops, then when i try again it goes as it should. The way i linked was straight trough the link option in the button settings, i linked and named the block that way.
