comments section
I am very unhappy as I have wasted valuable time trying to search the internet for the reason that you do not integrate with other comment sections other than Disqus. I am completely happy with the site that I built using Brizy but the comments section is very frustrating. Many reviews suggest that Disqus is not a great way to engage with the audience and so I don't know why you would only have 3 options none of which is good for me. Please do more tutorials on how we can integrate a better comment section on our blogs much like Thrive themes.
Thank you

Hi Rico,
Yes, for Comments element we provide 3 options: WordPress, Disques and Facebook. You can choose which one to use. If you dislike Disques, you can use Facebook or WordPress. If you will choose the WordPress option, be sure that you allow users to leave comments.
Best regards,

Hello Sandra, I hope that you are well in these times.
Thank you for your response although you did not provide an answer. Your customers are very unhappy about the lack of integration of other comment providers that brizy does not include. We, the customers of Brizy, would love that you add the likes of WPDiscus or Commentluv for example. I have seen monumental complaints and discussions all over the internet as to why customers are unhappy with the 3 choices to use comments on their blogs. I have seen other people comment on the Brizy site also complaining about the issue I am raising here only to have a response that does not assist with a solution.
If this is on a to-do list then fine, but why oh why are we not getting a practical discussion about what can be done.
I am extremely happy with the site that I have built with brizy however I have wasted valuable time and customers by trying to find alternatives to the comment providers.
I look forward to an early response or regrettably I will have to ask for a refund and go build my site with another theme builder that actually listens to its customers.
Please advise

Hello Rico,
why not use the commenting sytem in Wordpress, with a skin that can be customised in Brizy? Are you not building a site with Wordpress, than why not use the commenting sytem in Wordpress which works pretty well?See this short screen recording: https://jmp.sh/rq0KYNX
You have full control over how this looks, how many comments to show, etc. The best way to use this is in a template that applies to all blog posts.
I'm not sure what the 'dissapointment' is, what other options should we offer users? CommentLuv for example has 10k installs on WP repository and has not been updated for more than 3 months. That is really low and obscure for a "popular" commenting system, we can only integrate the few ones that are ubiquitous.
And please provide us with a link to the "monumental complaints", as we'd like to learn more about these.

Ok, first thing Bogdan, thank you for a quick response. 2nd point is that this is super helpful. This response is a point in the right direction to at least giving tangible options.
Yes, I am building the site as a Wordpress site, but if I use this Wordpress option for my comment section then there now exists many questions that I would like to start asking. Does this Wordpress commenting system allow for notifications and how?
Do I have to get other plugins to control the lazy load features etc?
Do I need to install plugins for people to sign in with social button links on my blogs?
How can I control if they want to backlink or not?
The video you provided was extremely helpful but if that is all the customisation that I can do then it's not enough
or am I missing something?
Can you show a way to integrate WPDISCUS Which would help immensely
Don't get me wrong Bogdan, I really love the way my site looks but I just want this one element to not be associated with only 3 options that you offer. I could send you many scathing reviews about DISQUS and the lack of notification with the Facebook comments section but I want to stay productive about this.
Anyway, I really like watching the videos by JP and if there was a video that showed how to operate the comment section that would be helpful.
Finally, I have seen other people comment on your help centre section regarding the same thing, so it's something that I would like to see amended because other theme builders have been offering this in their comment section with great reviews.
I won't mention them because as I said, I want to be productive and this is not a criticism. I want to stay with Brizy
In fact what commenting system are you using for me to talk to you here as this is clean and just what I am looking for
Please advise

Hello Brizy,
I am not sure if I landed on a correct discussion but I was looking to find out if there is a way to enable notifications of replies that I leave for the users who comment on my posts. I am using WordPress comments integrated through Brizy builder. When a reader comments on my post, I reply to them by pressing the reply button either in Word Press itself or on the web page. However, the reader, although they leave an email address, wouldn't get notified about my response. Is there a way to enable response notification so people know that I have responded to them? Otherwise, I would have to manually send email responses which is not a good solution.Thank you, Ausra

Hi, Ausra,
In such a way is working the WordPress comment section. In the Brizy, this section is added using the shortcode and all of the functionality is coming from the WordPress environment. Unfortunately, we can't modify it or add some features.
Let us know if we can help you with something else.Best regards,
Sandra0
