    From what I see, you have already opened an internal ticket(7592) with a refund request. Please have a little patience and soon my colleagues will come back to you with all the details.

    It would be great if you could answer the initial question for those of us who would also like a refund but haven’t yet created a job ticket.

    Hi Christopher,

    All you have to do is create a new post with the refund request. After that we will create a private ticket where we will ask for details about your transaction and we will offer you a full refund.
