Brizy Cloud: Form Email Notification "From" Email Address
Greetings,
Love the new Email Notifications feature! Until this point I have paid for Zapier Premium to push Email Notifications to my Brizy Cloud clients via webhook. Been eager to see this one! =)
Currently the "From" email address is "notifications@brizy.cloud".
Can I assume this sender domain cannot be changed by Brizy Cloud Pro users? The reason is to not draw attention to brizy.cloud for our clients.
If not changeable, are you open to including a more generic domain for Email Notifications in a Whitelabel implementation down the road?
Thanks, have a great week!
Josh
EDIT: I should note that since sent notifications come from brizy.cloud domain, we are relying on your domain authority for emails to be delivered and not sent to spam. It would be much better (in my opinion) if you considered a generic email sending domain as to not negatively impact your main domain authority.
Additionally, if there were a Whitelabel option in future where we pay an annual fee for Whitelabel features, this could include a (choosable) custom email subdomain so we can build our own sending authority (ie. notifications@mysubdomainname.xyz.com).
Not sure if that's possible, but would be ideal since we don't know what our neighbors are up to (ie. keywords in message body that could get all emails from that domain flagged).

Hi Josh,
this is a 2-day old feature and is actually a basic one :)
It will definitely have changes and improvements. I will add your comments to our internal desk and take note when we work on this feature. Thanks for your suggestions.
btw: White label is already on our roadmap: https://trello.com/c/pibI5iwp/23-white-label

Hey, is there an update on this, as I would really like to use the websites domain name, as the sending domain. For the same reasons that Magi Marketing pointed out above...
It would also be great if we could dynamically inset the the email address of the customer, filling out the form, in the reply field, so that my clients can simply click reply to the email and the customer email address is automatically inserted?
How far away is any of these changes, as I feel they are very important, especially for my clients?
Any chance this could be pushed out in the Xmas update... pretty please?
thanks, Rawson

Hi Rawson,
I'm sorry to say that, but I don't think it will be this year. I understand that it is important for you and maybe for many others, but we have a work plan and this feature is not on this year's list.

Hi, thanks for the reply
Are you are able to tell me, where on the list this feature is, to make the email senders domain, the same as the websites domain name, at least this might give me an idea of when it will happen, based on other things happening?
Thanks, Rawson

I'm afraid I can't give you any details in this regard. This depends on several factors, but what I can tell you for sure is that it will only be added after the shop and blog are implemented on the cloud. Based on that, you could make an estimate.

Hi Alex
When this feature will be available? this feature request from 1 year ago,
It's very important for us to provide professional service,
We need just SMTP service so we can add email with username and password.

Hi,
unfortunately, we do not have a fixed date for this feature. But I will add your request to our internal office and this will definitely influence the priority of this feature)

Hi Alex,
Thanks for your reply, I hope we will get SMTP option soon, many client open ticket about this since 1 year ago
I spend 2 days try to find any solution like integrate with other service like SendinBlue I thought it's work same way when I use WP Mail SMTP but I found that integration work just to add clinet data on SendinBlue
Now I must create form on WP then add it as <iframe> this is not professional way. to get notification through website email or SendinBlue service
I'm try to move all clinet to Brizy cloud, We miss important option will not take a lot of time from brizy team but it will very useful for us
I know brizy team focus to add a new function but I think some old function need little more development to give us more options
Thanks for support

I second that feature request. I am looking for that actually more than the shop.
In fact, while i love the features and improvements that are coming. I do feel that many providers sacrifice the completeness of an already existing feature for the sake of investing into more stuff.I would love to see a feature "fully" developed rather than having many half developed ones.
I am not saying that this is the case with brizy, but it certainly feels that way for somethings. I am still a fun of brizy cloud as I am finding more and more use cases for it. keep up the good work

Can I follow up to see if there has been any movement on this request? Clients have been asking if it is possible to change the default <notifications@brizy.cloud> email?

Hi Matt,
Brizy Cloud still does not have a provision to change the From Email address for email notifications. However you can follow this workaround to change the From Email to another email address. https://jmp.sh/JjccUdBq

Thanks for the video KC, I have found a very similar solution using a webhook with Albato.
