Fatal Error since WordPress update
CompletedGood Morning Support,
Since WordPress was updated to 5.4 we have been getting the following message
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to private method BrizyPro_Admin_WhiteLabel::getEnabled() from context 'Brizy_Editor' in /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/editor.php:130 Stack trace: #0 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): Brizy_Editor->wordpressLoaded('') #1 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(311): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(478): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-settings.php(562): do_action('wp_loaded') #4 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-config.php(77): require_once('/home1/accuairh...') #5 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-load.php(37): require_once('/home1/accuairh...') #6 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-blog-header.php(13): require_once('/home1/accuairh...') #7 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/index.php(17): require('/home1/accuairh...') #8 {main} thrown in /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/editor.php on line 130
I found where we could enable White Label by going to
http://accuairhvac.com/wp-admin/?brizy_enable_wl=true
I did that and it says Brizy needs to resume setup. I tried that but it comes back to the previous error. So I figured all this happened because of the WordPress update. So I dropped the version from 5.4 to 5.3.2 then 5.3.1. Now I am getting this message.
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to private method BrizyPro_Admin_WhiteLabel::getEnabled() from context 'Brizy_Editor' in /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/editor.php:130 Stack trace: #0 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(288): Brizy_Editor->wordpressLoaded('') #1 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(312): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #2 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(478): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-settings.php(545): do_action('wp_loaded') #4 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-config.php(77): require_once('/home1/accuairh...') #5 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-load.php(37): require_once('/home1/accuairh...') #6 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php(34): require_once('/home1/accuairh...') #7 /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-admin/index.php(10): require_once('/home1/accuairh...') #8 {main} thrown in /home1/accuairhvac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/brizy/editor.php on line 130
Can someone please help get this back up? It seems like every time Brizy has an update it will break the sites until we run the update. It would be nice if I can get it built and not have to worry about doing the updates.
Thanks,
Mike

I just tried to restore from a backup when we know the site worked but that didn't fix the issue either. I am out of ideas.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,
there have been several posts regarding this and all you have to do is to delete the Brizy folder manually via FTP and then re-install the latest Brizy PRO version(0.0.40).
Here are similar discussions:
https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360060749272-How-to-fix-this-error-
Please manually re-install Brizy PRO. Also please make sure that Brizy Free is also the latest version(1.0.123) when installing PRO.
If a manual re-installation does not solve your problem, please let us know.

Hi guys. I have the same problem. I listend to the advice, and manually deleted brizy-pro folder in c-panel. Now, I get a set of warnings:

I'm sorry for not answering right away. I've fixed the error by manually "updating" brizy pro. Actually I had to copy Brizy pro folder from other site and pasted it in the wp-content/plugins of this site.
