Good morning, 

we are experiencing some display problems with Internet Explorer version 11, then I report the encountered problems below:

• The homepage menu and the cart icon inserted in the header are not visible
• The header remains fixed instead of going down with the page scrolling
• Two boxes are displayed shorter than other browsers
• The captcha (with V3 keys) is not visible
• We have created elements with Html and we don’t visualize them

Are any solutions?

  Hi Pamela,

  Yes, unfortunately, the builder can load with some problems on IE or Edge browser because they don't use some of the classes and functions that we are using for optimization reasons, security reasons, and so on. Can you please confirm you have this problem only with the IE browser? Chrome, Firefox, Safari works well, right?

  I confirm that Internet Explorer brings us back to problems here. How can we solve it?

  Right now, we don't have solutions for these browsers. They don't use some of the classes and functions that we are using and there is nothing we can do about it.
