    thank you for contacting us.

    As I have replied via email already, the issue is that in our records there is no payment processed and no purchase whatsoever for your provided account. Did you buy Brizy from our site (brizy.io) or did you get a deal, like the one on AppSumo?

    If the latter, than you should have received from them a special code that needs to be redeemed on our site, in order to get access to Brizy PRO.

    I'd love to help more, but I just don't have enough info to go forward. Can you provide us with more details via email please?

    I have checked our records and your account is registered under a different email - it is listed as the one you posted above but without the "." (dot) between the names. You might have mispelled your email address at checkout.

    Please let us know if you want us to change the email address to the other one, so you can receive the automatic email correctly and login to your account.
