Can blocks and elements within blocks be animated?

Can the entire blocks themselves be animated? If so, where's the setting to animate?

If individual elements in a block can be animated, where is the setting to animate the block?

 

Ex: Fade in

Ex: Spin out

etc.

  Hello Kevin,

  No, I'm afraid entire blocks can not be animated, only rows & columns plus all the individual elements.
