Question about Post list - Archives

Hi,

I want to add to every post page a block with all the latest posts. So I've added the archives block, but it only shows the post itself and not the other.

In this example; it's a Sonic Post (I use this one for testing). And it only shows the post itself and not the others ...

How do I fix this?

  Hi,

  I have tested this and confirm that there is such a problem. I have already sent a note to our developers.

  Actually, the archive element was created for the blog post template and includes pagination so I'm not sure if anything can be done in this regard, as this element adds pagination to a single post page. In the meantime, you can use Posts element and it will work well.

  The same to me. I created custom posts and tried to show them in archive. Only one was showing. I created special template for usual WP posts - same result - only one item. 

  Seems that in archive loop it showing just current post (doesn't matter if it custom or simple post).

  Please try the Posts element in the meantime, that should work.

  There is another issue, if you change the style of the "#Post Title" in the editor and then save (for example change the alignment from the center to left-aligned) the front end will no longer display the actual title of the posts it will show them as "#Post Title" 

  This used to work properly a few releases back.

  Hi guys! I'm having the same issue so I guess nothing yet has changed. I tried Posts element as suggested but unfortunately it does not show than in the post page. Any suggestions?

  Hi Daniel,

  It's been more than 6 months so I think some things have changed. Can you please describe the issue you have? Also, please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy version - Free 2.0.14 and PRO 2.0.7?

  Hello Alex, thx for your reply. Yes I have updated to both new versions.
  I have a template for all single posts. There I want to add to every post page a block with all the latest posts.. The only one showing up when I use the archive block is that current post I'm on. When I use the post element, as suggested above no post is displayed at all.

  The correct way is to use the Posts element because the Archive item was created for the blog page, not for the single post page. If you are using Posts : have you selected a category that contains posts in the element filter:  https://jmp.sh/yTsFzfi ?

  ah that's it! oh man... you are right! thanks very much. Just one thing: is there a way to show all the posts except the single post I'm on at them moment?

  Hi,

  Unfortunately no. This item is not created for the "Related Posts" section, so this is more of a trick to display them using the Posts element.
