Post URL on image does not work

When I set post url for the image was not it supposed to bring me the posts list to choose which one would be? Nothing happens. Tks.

  The Post URL brings in the Post URL you are on, not a list of posts to choose from. 

  How do you use it exactly and what are you trying to achieve. I'll point you in the right direction.

  Hmm, but if I am in that page already I did not get why it brings the same URL. I would like to get the posts URL, or you could let the posts/pages list with a search input (that is the solution I took at eSites.pro, when you select the text, the link is allowed and when clicked, the posts lists come up), otherwise the user will need to copy and paste a link, what many have troubles with. Tks! ;-)
