Pages are broken when I upgrade prizy pro

Hi,

We have an internet site which has more than 100 pages and using prizy pro.

I wanted to update brizy pro to 0.40 from 0.37 I guess and had an error. I tried to paste my licence key I get another error. You can see it below. Anyway I thought there is a bug in this version and manually downloaded the pro.zip file from brizy.io and removed the brizy pro plugin, uploaded the new one. That's ok. I was able to register myself. But all my pages became broken. I needed to reopen all pages one by one when I am logged in to fix. This happened once in the past and did the same thing.

I get the point, if I disable/remove brizy plugin, my pages will be ruined. But When I reactivate, why do not they restore to normal?

  Hi,

  What about the Brizy Free? Do you update it before upgrading to Brizy PRO? Are your pages distorted now? Could we inspect this on your website or have you already updated them manually?

  Thanks for your interest. Brizy free is already up to date.

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, the images do not help us much. To find the cause of the problem we have to inspect and check what errors are in the console or other internal processes.

  If you encounter this problem in the future please do not make any changes and contact us. We need to check the issue when it happens. Thanks.
