Website ONLY displaying mobile version (hamburger) menu regardless of resolution

Hi,

 

I have just taken of the maintenance of a website built using your Philanthropy Theme and have a problem where regardless of what settings I select, the primary menu displays via the mobile menu hamburger one every size screen!  Any clues as to what might be going on?

  Hi,

  I'm not sure I understand. Can you please give us more details? A screenshot or image will help a lot.  Did you use the Brizy menu or theme menu?

  I hope that makes things clearer?  This is with the installed "Main Menu" set to Primary - you can see that it is a) not displaying properly (and also repeating itself?) and b) has the burger displayed.  Below are some screen shots of how the backend is set up that gives the result above.

  Hi Andrew,

  I would love to help but from what I see you have a problem with the theme elements not with Brizy Builder. Unfortunately, the Themefuse themes are no longer supported and we cannot offer support. Here I can only help you if you have any problems with Brizy Builder.

  btw: a hint for you: that has to be related to styles. Some CSS files may not load.

  Thanks for the response Alex and I appreciate your position - however frustrating it is from my side.  There's something certainly very odd going on because I have since discovered the issue is intermittent across the site depending on which page I'm on!  I have to say, as much as I would like to enjoy using Brizy my experience so far has not been very good - seemingly if I try and edit ANY other page whether previously created by Brizy or taking a default Wordpress page and trying to Edit with Brizy it results in a lozenge with the fairly obvious phrase of "Something went wrong" in it and nothing else.  With so many issues to resolve and no support for the theme I think I will have to abandon ship I'm afraid which is a real shame as there were lots of things I was very impressed with initially!

  Thats not problem in theme! i have same situation on differnt themes, i just updated Brizy and found this problem..

  Hi Andrew,

  thank you for your message. You initially reported a menu issue but from what I saw in your next posts, this is a theme menu. As you already know, we can no longer provide support for the theme. But now, you say you have some problems with Brizy. This was not specified in the initial post. So, please make sure you have the latest Brizy Versions - Free 1.0.123 and PRO 0.0.40. If they are up to date and you still have problems with Brizy pages, please provide your login details in a private request and we will look into it. Also, maybe we'll take a look at the problem with the menu ;).

  So, Alex, are you saying there's no way we can get the menu to show regular and not as a hamburger menu? Mine was showing perfectly until the last week or so and it randomly changed to a hamburger menu. I don't want that type of menu.....Do I need to redo the page?

  No, that's not what I said. The problem above referred to a theme menu. If you have a menu added in Brizy editor then you can disable/enable the hamburger option: https://jmp.sh/X4fHRSH
