Confused by PRO annual vs Lifetime (whitelabel)

Do I understand this difference in packages correctly?:
Pro annual = Pro lifetime (with only 2 differences: lifetime gets 2 years hosting and 1 time fee)
So apart from price and hosting, deals are the same

I'm confused because your pricing table for Lifetime specifically says: WHITE LABEL. 
But isnt the white label also included within the 'normal' annual 99/ year pro version?
Which means the white label isnt really necessary to mention as a specific perk for LTD? 
Cause this mentioning causes confusion.

One more question about builder plugin vs builder cloud?
Do those function exactly the same. So same usage within wordpress as it is in your cloud?

Hey guys sorry if this is asked already or documented clearly somewhere. I looked for ages and couldnt really find the answer.

  thank you for your interest in our product. 

  The Lifetime Deal is mainly about the Brizy WordPress plugin but as a bonus, we include 2 years fo Brizy Cloud Studio with the purchase. So at the bonus level, meaning Brizy Cloud, that's the difference. But at the level of Brizy PRO WordPress, the advantage is much greater. Brizy Cloud and Brizy WordPress plugin should be treated as two different products even if the editor is almost the same.
