Error 400 Bad request

    Hi,

May I know what role you have assigned to your client's account?

The role was manager … I also tried Designer. No difference. Always Error 400.

I also sent a private support request with a video,

Furthermore, the invitation process is perplexing. I invited the client. He clicked on the link and needed to fill out a form instead of him accepting the invitation with the email I invited him at. He used a different email to register and the connection was never made. Now, I re-invited him with the email he used to register and still it doesn't work as seen in the video.

Would make more sense if the invitation would be fixed to the email someone invited you with. And if that user is already present show the login and if not ask for a registration but with a prefilled and unchangeable email.

    OR

The invitation is based on an account invitation token with a flexible email.

But as is … it's mainly confusing and doesn't work.

    Hi Max,

that's what's happening now. After accessing the invite link you are redirected to a form. If you do not have an account you register, if you have an account click on the "Login" button and just log in: https://jumpshare.com/v/f2uk7posGm4f83zLX9Wr

I will send a note to our developers to see if we can somehow open the required form based on email.

Thank you for the reply and forwarding this!

Yes, I understand that but you are opening up a mismatch possibility. If I invite a person on a specific email (let's say their work email) and they click on it and get redirected to a page that is a general sign up form they might choose to register with their burner email because they don't know you as a business or some other reason. Now the invitation and the user never match. This process could be much smoother. Just got the new iPhone SE and transferring the user from one iPhone to the next and this is just magic hence so "Brizy way" like. This is missing here in the onboarding process.

BTW your jump share link doesn't work.

    Hi Max,

I will pass this on to the team and see what we can do about it. In the meantime, you need to have more communication with the person you are inviting and let them know that they need to register.

    btw: I updated the link.

Yes, the person is registered, and we are in communication. He reported the 400 Errors to me.

This is constructive feedback! Just try it for yourself with someone not on your dev team (and not on Brizy) and let them give you feedback how the onboarding was for them when receiving an invitation. Also task them to use their work email instead of the private email they might have received the invitation at.

We still have the 400 Error. When will it be fixed? I can't work with the people I invited.

    Hi Max,

From what I see, you are in discussion with my colleague Natalia. Let's keep the discussion in one place. She will keep you up to date with the status of the issue you have.

I am getting the same issue with my client accessing it as an Editor. I added them as a user, they created the account, they get a 400 error. Why is this still happening? It has been over a month since this was created and this is what I would consider a MAJOR bug.

    Hi David,

This was fixed a long time ago. I'm not sure why you still have this problem. I have created a private ticket and we will inspect the issue for your account.

Thanks. I have a video from the client that shows the same.
