Facing problem in edit my website page with brizy builder!

Dear sir,
Since last 4 days, I am unable to open brizy page builder. I am receiving error that something went wrong. please check and help me.

  I have the same problem. Looks like you guys are not at work. When can one get an answer?

  I removed and reinstalled latest version of Brizy, with same results.

  Alex reported this problem at least 10 days ago in 3 other posts, apparently without a response.

  Perhaps Alex should reply to this forum that he was contacted, if that is so.

  Thanks for contacting me offline about this.

  I voiced my opinion in my response that this error message is useless - no clue as to the possible issue. This needs to be fixed. Look into the code wherever this error message appears and provide a message that suggests the problem.

  Hello Everyone!

  Natalia here! This error doesn't have 1 solution for everyone. It can be any errors, from an incorrect URL in WordPress settings to a server mod_security option. For this kind of problems, Alex can not help you. Please send us a private ticket with your wordpress and ftp credentials and we will check and fix (if it's our bug) asap.

  Exactly! The error message is useless. The Brizy code needs to be fixed so that error messages are specific.

  As I mentioned - it can be any kind of issues, even Brizy. I would love to help, but I need to check what is the problem. I've asked for your credentials in the ticket #7636. Please, if it possible send me a reply.  Thank you!

  Natalia,

  I'm not sure that creating a ticket does any good. I still have not seen an answer to the issue several of us have with Brizy - "Something went wrong." No one has contacted me since I sent my credentials to you a week ago.
