server sync problem

Hi support, I want server sync, but i get this error
{"error":{"zip":["Can\u0027t create \/tmp\/brizy-deploy-1586827832.zip","Invalid zip"]}}

how to fix it? I'm using vestacp on ubuntu server 18.04
