issue with www on my site

please tell me how i can fix this... 

Created a site with brizy cloud..

if i type https://www.africa3d.co.za/ - my site loads... but... when i type www.africa3d.co.za, it does not want to load - how can i get it to load when i type www.africa3d.co.za?

  Hi,

  How was your site published? Custom Domain or Server Sync?
