Featured Image not showing up!

I am working on my client site

There is a section called "SOLIDSVAC - A RANGE OF SOLUTIONS", I inserted the element; Wordpress post. and insert the featured image, #postdate, #post title, and #post excerpt. All working right except the featured image.

Another question,

in the same section, how to I align only the button to the bottom?
