Server Sync and redirect too many times error

Hi,

What should I do when Server Sync leads to 'too many redirects' page error? (screenshot included)

I have tried re-download / uploading the service sync files, didn't fix it.

The process I followed was:

• Publish -> server sync -> download 
• Set domain folder to 777
• Unzipped and uploaded files
• Edited page in Brizy and clicked Update
• Visited page (on my hosting) and received the above error
• Went to preview page (Brizy subdomain version) and site loaded with message in corner 'syncing in process'
• Waited till that message disappeared (after some minutes and a refresh)
• visited page again (on my hosting), same error
• Removed all files on hosting, re-downloaded / uploaded and tried same again, still redirect error

At a loss as to what else to try.

  Ok, can't explain why, but I checked the files on my server, compared to original Brizy upload, removed everything that was new (cache and some other files), then tried again.
  
  That gave a black screen with syncing in process Checked again 10 minutes later and seems to be working. 
  
  I don't know why that worked, and why not first time round.

  Hi Miike,

  I'm glad your problem has been solved.

  This is a problem without a general cause and should usually be inspected. So, I can't tell you why it didn't work the first time.

  In case you ever have this problem again, you will have to contact us and give us the FTP details and we will inspect the problem.
