my site is not displaying properly when people dont add "www"

Hi, 

I've uploaded the DNS on my godaddy account and now some people get the old version of our site and people who types 'www' get the brizy updated version (the correct one). 

Go Daddy encouraged me to ask for the IP address and put it in the "A" DNS, but I am not sure where to find this. Please advice
