custom fonts in google add bold?

  I do not see the post description. How exactly can I help you? What should I understand from two screenshots?

  On the left screen shot I loaded a font in safari shows good. On the right screen shot you will see the title font to be thicker and the "h" is doing something wired. This happens to fonts in chrome browser, I have tried many fonts and it seems to add a "blod" weight to the font causing a heavy outline. These are fonts added via custom font upload, most of these font I don't have full families, ei regular, bold etc. - sorry I put this in contributions it was supposed to help request. my bad.
