Small 64px x 64px image requires bringing the size down to 5% to show correctly. Why?
I have several social media icon images, (jpegs and pngs) that are all 64px x 64px. When I upload them to Wordpress and make sure the height is 100%, the size appears GIGANTIC at 100%, so I have to bring the size down to 5% in order to see the image at the correct size. Why?
Why doesn't the image when it's at 100%, display at 64 pixels?
Yes I'm aware of Short Pixel but this image to too small of a file size to benefit from using it in my free account.

Regarding your question: Size 100% means that the image will occupy 100% of the container in which it is located. It does not mean that it will display 100% of its size.
