Problem with paths for images
Hi,
We love Brizy and are considering buying the lifetime licence. There is a major issue in its implementation for our workflow though. Namely, the way Brizy references images.
Often times the html code would feature a reference to an image as: example.com/?brizy_media=wp-81dcd0b575a1c1be15e430540c8abbbf&brizy_crop=iW%3D5000%26iH%3Dany&brizy_post=2
Now, this works fine on a Wordpress site but we often export simple sites as static. This reference then breaks in a static environment because it is not pointing to an actual file.\
Could you tell me if there is a setting or a modification I can make so Brizy sticks to file links instead of this query string? If not, could you at least tell me which actions in Brizy cause query strings instead of links so I can avoid them?
EDIT: httrack actually manages to solve the problem above
Another major issue is the all the dynamic sizes and copies that brizy creates for images, e.g. iW=282&iH=188&oX=44&oY=0&cW=193&cH=188
I fail to comprehend how they are generated and why the crawlers don't catch them but there is always a few missing which obviously breaks the site. They have to to with the "srcset" attributes which manage retina image. Why not simply use the different size images from Wordpress or at least limit the number of different sizes Brizy generates. Right now it is a madness.
I am afraid, if we don't find a workaround for this, we will have to switch to Divi...
Best regards

Hi Viktor,
Glad to hear that you managed to solve the first problem.
Here's an article about how Brizy works with images: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360031704031-How-does-Brizy-handle-images-
This is how it works at the moment, and if you need something else, I'm afraid we can't help you. The only thing I can do is add your suggestion(if you have one) on our feature request list and our developers will look into it later.

Hi Alex,
Thanks for your reply. I gave Brizy Cloud a go and it turns out it exports beautiful html, so we are still team Brizy :)
